Dear listeners, in this album, released as a cassette in 1996, Sri Chinmoy offers us his soulful compositions in a novel way – whistling!

As children, we love to whistle. It is fun and innocent. Sri Chinmoy was always an advocate of the importance of innocent joy in the spiritual path. His students participate in sporting activities of all kinds, and games, both individual and team sports, that bring joy to all.

Music also has that capacity to bring joy; it gladdens the heart. Spiritual music also elevates the soul, so we can experience heightened states of consciousness, with more light, joy, peace and bliss.

Sri Chinmoy’s songs spring from his heart of love for God and for humanity, and they are surcharged with these spiritual qualities that remind us of our own true nature, our source.
