This week we chosen birds as our theme and present to you two stories that in one way or another involve them. For Sri Chinmoy birds hold a very special significance. For they represent the freedom of the human soul and its endless flight towards the golden beyond. Unbound from the bodily cage and freed from the meshes of ignorance, the soul flies like a divine bird on the heavenly currents of delight, love, harmony and joy. The beautiful dream of tomorrow lies in the soaring reality of the soul today. I hope you enjoy these stories from the heart of the world.
Brahma Tries To Illumine Vishwamitra and Vashishta
