Welcome once again to Inspiration Sounds and to episode thirty seven. This week we present two stories for your divine enjoyment, that in one way or another involve saints. Now I’m sure that we are all aware that a saint is a holy person, someone we would consider exceptionally virtuous and deeply spiritual. Their lives are examples of divinity on earth, examples of the possibilities of the human soul. Through their ways and teachings it is possible for us to gain more understanding into our own inner nature. I am joined once again this week by Uddipan Brown for the conclusion to the Seeker Writer.
The Saint’s Humility
One day a saint’s deep meditation is interrupted by a wealthy man full of pride and ego. The man demands the saint’s help in exchange for food and money.
The Seeker Writer (Part Two)
The conclusion to this very interesting story by Sri Chinmoy, in which a seeker writer is struggling to come to terms with his own dominating mind. It is up to a Saint to explain the events for what they truly are, and to show the illumining possibilities in his own life.
