Dear friends,
This is the third CD in a collection of 5 under the title “One Thousand Lotus Petals”. Part 2 includes CDs 3 and 4, with 50 songs each.
Sri Chinmoy ‘s songs spring from his heart of love for God and for humanity. They are sung by him while in a very high state of meditation, so they carry that vibration. Therefore, they are very conducive to meditation.
These songs are full of love and devotion for the Divine, that essence which abides in all of us. The sweetness felt in these songs can only be felt and never described. It is one of Sri Chinmoy’s main offerings to humanity; the breath and scope of his songs. In them he expresses our common aspiration for the Highest.
We are grateful to Sri Chinmoy for this soulful and illumining offering.
