Thought of the Day: Tsunami and Trafalgar

Sanjaya talks to us abut how these two events show us that new approaches to both the material life and the spiritual life can open up new avenues of progress.

The humanitarian aid branch of the Sri Chinmoy Centre, the Oneness-Heart Tears and Smiles, was quite active in gathering humanitarian aid to Sri Lanka following the tsunami.

One program mentioned by Sanjaya is Kids to Kids, where both material supplies and letter and art exchanges are used to establish cooperation between kids from developed countries and kids from developing countries.

Our gratitude to Sanjaya for bringing our attention to these very important subjects.
