VIRENDRA AND FRIENDS – 4 TRACKS
“This music is dedicated to the multiday runners! Inspired by our Guru, Sri Chinmoy…. “Beauty came to me” is an organic jam I put together. I played drums and loops and then I sang over it. I only knew what song it was going to be when I sang it. The other song is an improvisation on “O Bujhi Kanu Jai” and “I Am a Fool”, which we did in the Summer of 2007 , Ninad and I, at our home studio. Then I play ‘out’ keyboards ….. “How Can a Bird of Sorrow Fly…” is a improvisation we did, Kodanda and I, on January 2013…. a voyage, a journey in the lifestyle we used at the races under our Guru’s loving guidance. ALL SONGS BY SRI CHINMOY .”- Virendra (Photo by Virendra)
